The 6 mm TRC is a high strength specialty cord that features a Technora sheath and nylon core. Designed for high strength and low-elongation applications such as personal escape, rappels, or haul systems.  This cord is perfect for friction hitches on linemans belts, tethers, and rappel lines!  Sterling the manufacturer recommends this cord on 8mm Oplux however we have found that this cord works on a variety of ropes and performs well!
